I’m not going to lie, 2015 kind of sucked for me. We downsized into a much smaller house, my business has been struggling and my personal life is a mess. I’m hoping to put that all behind me and make 2016 a much happier year for me and my family. I also have to admit that my focus hasn’t been here as much as I’d like and I’m looking forward to spending more time in the kitchen dreaming up some great new recipes to share with you all.
Most of my recipes that I posted in 2015 were Vegan or Vegetarian but that might be changing a bit as I try to find what works best for me. I’ve been experimenting more with new cooking techniques and am thinking about starting a pantry basics and staples section here on the blog. I would love to hear what recipes or types of food you’d like to see in the coming year.
