This energizing maca chocolate smoothie contains a full serving of vegetables and is loaded with beneficial antioxidants and minerals!
Serves: 2 servings
  • ¼ cup frozen cauliflower
  • ¼ cup frozen butternut squash
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted and cut in half
  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • pinch of salt
  • Garnish:
  • cacao nibs
  • hemp seeds
  • cashew butter
  1. Add the cauliflower, butternut squash, dates, and almond milk to a blender. Top with the cacao, maca, lucuma, hemp seeds, cashew butter and salt. Blend on high until smooth. To serve top with a drizzle of cashew butter and a sprinkle of hemp seeds and cacao nibs.
