5 Minute Everything Sauce {New Year Reset, Day 5}
This 5 minute everything sauce is loaded with fresh herbs, cashews, and lemon. It's dairy-free, vegan and delicious on top of all your favorite dishes!
Serves: 1½ cups
  • 1 cup roasted and unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (I used a combination of parsley and mint)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Taste and adjust with more salt or lemon juice as desired.
