Avocado tartines, two ways
- for the tartines:
- 2 slices of good quality bread
- ½ avocado, diced
- For the olive oil version:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- pinch of crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- For the soy sauce version:
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon torn basil leaves
- Lightly toast the bread. Layer the avocado over the top or lightly mash with the back of a fork.
- For the olive oil version, drizzle the olive oil over the top, sprinkle with the crushed red pepper and season with salt and pepper
- For the soy sauce version, drizzle the soy sauce over the top, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and basil.
