I am not the biggest brownie lover in the world. Most of the time I find them too rich, too sweet and just too much in general. Then I baked a batch of these salted caramel brownies for a friend’s birthday and now I am counting the days until I can find the time and justify the extra calories to make a batch just for me. The salted caramel really adds a complexity that elevates this into grown-up territory although my ten-year-old couldn’t get enough of them. This is a recipe that I did for Blissful Eats but I love them so much I wanted to share them with you.
